With a capacity of up to 200 guests, it’s an ideal setting for those seeking a spacious yet refined atmosphere for their special occasion.

At just $29.50 per guest for our standard canapé menu, you can indulge your guests with a selection of exquisite dishes, including:

  • Roast Tomato & Goats Cheese Bruschetta

  • Garlic Prawn Popcorn

  • Smoked Wagyu Beef Meatballs with Slick Rick BBQ Sauce

  • Macaroni & Cheese Croquettes

  • Crown Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Ranch Dressing

  • Your choice of Sliders: Crumbed Flathead & Dill Tartare or Smoked Beef Brisket & Carolina Slaw (both sliders for an additional $6)

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • Deposit of $500- required to confirm a booking. Cancelation within 60 days will result in loss of deposit.

  • Minimum 50 guests, Maximum 200.

  • Liquor licensing requires a security guard/ doorman for all functions @ $70 per hour. Minimum 2 guards for larger guest numbers.

  • Maximum function of 5 hours duration.

  • Final guest numbers required minimum 5 days prior to the function.

  • 18th birthday parties are not permitted.

  • No under 18 guests permitted unless prior arrangement with management.

  • No under 18 guests permitted to remain on our premises after 9.30pm

  • No underage permitted to partake in alcohol at any-time.

  • Crown Hotel is an active member of the local liquor accord. Any persons listed is not permitted onto our premises.

  • Any live entertainment must be arranged prior with management.

  • No food or drink can be brought into the function. A celebration cake is permitted only.

  • 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.

  • The function organiser will be responsible for any damages or loss caused by their guests, during or immediately after the event. The damage costs rests solely with the function organiser.

  • Decorations: confetti, scatters and the like are not permitted. Sticky tapes must not be used. A charge of $275- applies for any extra cleaning required.

  • Crown Hotel practices responsible service of alcohol and abides by Liquor licensing laws. Guests will be required to leave premises if requested.

  • Final cost to be settled at conclusion unless prior arrangement with management.
