With a capacity of up to 80 guests, The Green Room provides a warm, inviting atmosphere for any occasion.

At just $70 per hour (minimum 4-hour booking), you’ll have exclusive use of the room and a private security guard, ensuring a personalised and seamless event. Our delightful canapés menu is available at $25 per person, featuring a tempting selection of:

  • Creamy Sweetcorn & Anjo Pepper Vol-au-vents

  • Smoked Wagyu Beef Meatballs with Slick Rick BBQ Sauce

  • Garlic Prawn Popcorn

  • Pulled Pork & Slaw Sliders

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Deposit of $250- required to confirm a booking. Cancelation within 28 days will result in loss of deposit.

  • Final guest numbers required minimum 5 days prior to the function.

  • 18th birthday parties are not permitted.

  • No under 18 guests permitted unless prior arrangement with management.

  • No underage permitted to partake in alcohol at any-time.

  • Crown Hotel is an active member of the local liquor accord. Any persons listed is not permitted onto our premises.

  • Any live entertainment must be arranged prior with management.

  • No food or drink can be brought into the function. A celebration cake is permitted only.

  • 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.

  • The function organiser will be responsible for any damages or loss caused by their guests, during or immediately after the event. The damage costs rests solely with the function organiser.

  • Decorations: confetti, scatters and the like are not permitted. Sticky tapes must not be used. A charge of $175- applies for any extra cleaning required.

  • Crown Hotel practices responsible service of alcohol and abides by Liquor licensing laws. Guests will be required to leave premises if requested.

  • Final cost to be settled at conclusion unless prior arrangement with management.
